Ideal on its own as a dessert treat or as a cake/pie topping.

By C. Solomon I have used Birds for over 20 years and find it a quick and very good substitute for homemade custard. It is great as a base in fruit tarts or as a filling for cream puffs. Much lighter than standard boxed puddings. I have not tried the instant but like the cooked version.
