OK, what is Double Devon Cream? Double Devon Cream Butter is made in Southern England using traditional churning methods, which produces a rich, very lightly salted butter. It is somewhat thinner and more spreadable than clotted cream, and has somewhat less fat.
I just love Double Devon Cream! It is delicious, and goes excellently on all manner of muffins and scones. If you want to really treat yourself, bake up some scones, and eat them right out of the oven, spread with Double Devon Cream. I highly recommend it!

One reviewer on here stated that Devoon cream is salted butter. That is as far from the truth as can be.
Devon cream is the cream of the cream of the milk fat. If this were churned it would become butter, but butter it is not. It is the most wonderful thick snow white cream in the world. Emjoy it on toast with jam or put it in an Italian dish instead of cottage cheese. Because there is NO SALT in this product after opening it will have a shelf life of about 5 days. Delicious!

I had a Wimbledon Party and this was the cream for my Strawberries. It was GRAND. Everyone wanted to know where I got the cream. I told them. Thanks for the quick service.

Great stuff. I first had it on a trip to Grand Cayman. Amazon.com was the only place that I could find it state side.
