I bought this at World Market, not Amazon (sorry Amazon!). I will buy more. We are not that familiar with Indian food and spices in my house so it was experimental and we enjoyed it thoroughly. I used it to vacuum marinade and as a sauce over grilled butterflied pork chops. It was excellent. Very well balanced spices and not overly to pepper but with a good medium warmth from the curry. Since my husband likes a bit of heat but not that pepper flavor, this kind of spicing is perfect for him. Would also be fantastic with chicken. Buy some, you will like the results when so many other prefab and packaged/processed food tends to disappoint....this one's a keeper.
